tight blue jeans, on me or on other people

the smell of tree bark

when you're in the city at night sitting somewhere high up above the street looking down at all the people and cars and lights

when everyone else is drunk and I have a camera

nothing, and i mean nothing, is more dangerous than being up high in the city. and very few things are as dangerous as the sober girl with a camera. On a psychic level.

I love the way things come off ok even though I put them off for way to long.

Grilled chicken + jalepenos + monterey jack + bun = delicious sandwich that I do not hate at all.

ooh, sunshine. i love sunshine. and little aeroplanes. and monty python movies. and mint-chocolate icecream. no, wait, all icecream. and stone-grill steaks. and fish. and swimming in the sea.

I don't hate it when I get an unexpected letter from someone I know and love, I don't hate it when the wind billows around the windows of my room as I slip silently off to sleep. I don't hate the smiles of my freinds but I do hate the tears of my enemies. I don't hate rain. I don't hate it when the blues of a summer sky mix and dance with the reds and oranges hiding in the evening light, casting the colours across the base of fluffy clouds. I don't hate today.

Hmm, well after alot of actually hating it, i dont hate the rave hippo from Jamba!, i dont hate penut butter, i dont hate homeless people, i dont hate my freinds, or my cats, or my collection of baseball cards, or the way my playstation keeps pulling me back. I'm not esspecially fussy about pom-poms, English, or a well brewed beer. And i totally, never in my life would ever hate Hippos. There, now i feel happy.

i don't hate cupcakes, or pancakes, or potato chips that taste like roast lamb and mint.

I don't hate the spider who watches me silently in the corner of my room, quietly spinning and spinning the web of lies and flies and DOOM!

Spiders will take over the world once we die. They are just waiting

eww; i do hate spiders. i hate them so much. they scare me something fierce. they are unnatural, things shouldn't have so many legs, and be so crawly and fast and icky with too many legs
even seeing a picture of one will freak me out totally.
i have been known to start crying at the sight of one. Crying or Very sad

DOOM INDEED.,

(Show your workings.)

i dont hate the last b
fuck that.
clare i really like that last bit of your signiture text. in the US on tests we write 'show your work' wherein 'work' puts on its noun boots and struts around pretentiously. the equations are a WORK. much like a work of art, or a heartbreaking work of staggering genius. they are immutable and complete and simply exist as a proof.
Oh, i much prefer 'workings'. it sounds so organic.. or maybe like i was a robot and the prof asked me to explain myself after answering a problem and i simply opened up my head and showed him the gears and workings inside that led me to my conclusion. these workings can be shifted around and rearranged until things come out as they are supposed (?) to. Show your workings. Yeah, Show'em. open up.
is it a NZ thing, or is this also the phrase they use in england? i know in S. Africa the going phrase was "show the method" in the 60s when my dad was taking tests there. i guess ill have to wait til my british cousin gets home from work to ask her......... but she went to the 'american school in london' which apparentlytrys to imitate us.... arghhhh.. hey one of you limey wankers lemme know about this workings thing its now CONSUMING MEEE
sorry if i ramble.. ive got the flu, going stir crazy

BTW. DAAAAVVVIIIDDD ive got the INFLUENZZZZZAAAA im sooo bored sitting at home and aching and shivering.... call mee.... entertain me ... distract me from these weird fever dreams ive been having since i saw the last temptation of christ... man, harvey keitel as judas... you know he uses a laundromat? down in tribeca, my uncle always runs into him there... youd think a big star would be able to afford a washer/dryer of his own...maybe hes just lonely. being judas and all.
